Gurgaon to Jaipur is one of the busiest intercity runs in north India — a weekend escape for Delhi NCR and a daily freight corridor. Most cars do it in a little over four hours on NH-48.

The cheapest way to make this trip is cng hatchback at about ₹929 one way. A return journey is not quite double — FASTag charges a return within 24 hours at 1.5 times the single toll rather than twice.

NH-48 is the main road for this trip. The Delhi–Mumbai Expressway (NE-4) is the other option at about 271 km. It is usually faster and far smoother, but toll runs close to ₹715, so it costs roughly ₹400 more each way than the old highway.
Leave before 6 am on a Saturday or you will spend the first hour clearing Manesar. Coming back on Sunday evening, the stretch from Shahjahanpur to Kherki Daula backs up badly between 5 pm and 9 pm.
Behror is the traditional halfway break — dhabas at Neemrana and Shahpura are the reliable ones. Amanbagh and the Neemrana Fort turn-off both come off this road.
For a petrol hatchback returning about 19 km/l, fuel works out to roughly ₹1,200 one way at ₹95 a litre. Add about ₹300 of toll on NH-48 and the trip lands near ₹1,500 one way, or ₹3,000 return. A diesel SUV runs closer to ₹1,550 one way.
About ₹300 for a car one way on NH-48, spread across four plazas. On the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway it is far higher, around ₹715. A FASTag return within 24 hours is charged at 1.5 times the single rate rather than double.
